With over 20 years of experience as a general contractor, Bob brings a rare, grounded perspective to coaching—infusing lessons learned on job sites with high-performance principles tested in elite sports and business.Bob is a six-time Ironman and marathon finisher, a certified Ben Newman coach, and a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs and leaders across the country. Bob lives in Windham, Maine with his fiancée Wendy and is the proud father of his daughter, Bailey.
